Deborah and Mitchell Hauser have created a warm, friendly and sophisticated restaurant in their hometown of Huntington, Long Island.

The cuisine emphasizes Mitch's classical French training and also accents ingredients from all over the world. "I try and locate ingredients that are a little different, always fresh and work well together" Mitch explains, "Both artistically and tastefully."

Deborah and Restaurant Manager Remy's Wine Spectator Award-winning wine list features many hard-to-find wines from every region of the globe, complimenting Aix's menu wonderfully.

Aix features an A la Carte menu at all times, a Sunset Menu available Sun-Fri from 5 to 6:30 pm for $29.95 per person, and if you truly want to fully Aixperience all that we have to offer you should treat yourselves to the Chef’s Tasting Menu.
