Wine Tasting Dinners

Aix has hosted many wine tasting dinners over the past ten years, and every Fall we invite our wine loving patrons to join us for these very laid-back and enjoyable events. You do not need to be an expert about food and wine, but just be willing to have a relaxed and informative evening. We always encourage the winemaker or owner of the winery to come to talk us about his or her work and play around the vines; we also encourage our patrons to get involved the "Q & A." We have always tried to invite the participation of those who view what they do as a passion, not just a business, and the wines that are served that evening are reflective of the quality of that passion. We will update this page as soon as we have developed our Fall Schedule, and by leaving us your email address on the Contact Pageand you will receive this information on a regular basis.

Chef Mitchell Hauser has, right from the beginning, been very involved in the local communityof fund raisers and is a member of the Locust Valley Rotary - you may have seen him at one of the local summer parties in the area. We are all very proud of Mitch and the huge amount of energy and resources that he continues to give back to his neighbors!

Our Community involvement has included many local organizations, including:
